The weekly highlight under the Latemar will take place again every Thursday and Saturday from 8:30 to 10:00 am.

The extensive ‘Breakfast on the Oberholz’ experience, including the ascent and descent, costs 34 euros for adults, children under 12 years pay 27 euros and children under 6 are free.

You can take the Obereggen-Oberholz panoramic chairlift to the mountain hut and back down to the valley (ascent from 08:30, last return journey at 18:00).

Sunday 2nd August sees the return of one of the most eagerly awaited events of good food in Obereggen: The Huts Festival

In the shadow of the Latemar massif in the Dolomites, which gave its name to the magical natural world of the Latemarium, the traditional Huts Festival is scheduled.

On this particular day you get a retourn ticket for only 5,00 Euros for the chair lift “Oberholz” or the cable car “Ochsenweide” open for the occasion from 8.30 to 18.00/19.00, so visitors can easily reach the mountains pastures.

The festival will start at 10 a.m.
The event will take place amidst the idyllic alpine pastures of Val d’Ega. An unmissable feast to taste ‘Strauben’ with lingonberry jam, buttery apricot dumplings and succulent speck dumplings with goulash, pork ribs, spit-roasted chanterelles, schnitzels, white sausages and much more. All enlivened by live music in the background, while children can unleash all their enthusiasm on the surrounding meadows and attractions.
