Spectacular views and breathtaking vistas of numerous alpine peaks make this panorama platform at an altitude of 2,200 meters above sea-level a unique experience. The panoramic map depicts the largest and most-important summits and mountain groups of the Central Alps in exactly the direction you can see them. This makes it easy to find and identify the individual summits. The platform is made of larch wood and is shaped like an ammonite – recalling the many fossil ammonites which can be found in the Latemar when hiking through the Dolomites. It’s only five minutes by foot above the mountain station of the Oberholz Chairlifts on Trail No. 18 and is easy to reach.
