Latemar Discover Tour
This simple path is suitable for all and it starts from the landing of the Agnello chair lift in Pampeago. It winds up towards the hamlet of Tresca, it continues crossing Dos Capèl, touching the Feudo Pass and it ends at the landing of the Latemar chair lift, with which you will go back to your point of departure.
Fully located at a high altitude, you will start at 2,180 meters at Rifugio Agnello, and end at 2,000 meters at the Latemar chair lift. You will hike along the sweet ups and downs of this path for a total difference in altitude of about 100 meters – these are very comfortable trails, even if they are not suitable for strollers.
This is a simple path, and it is also known as the science path. The theme-specific path Latemar.Meteo will take you to the discovery of the major notions connected to weather events. The Geotrail Dos Capèl, which was recently renewed, is a theme-specific path with installations curated by the MUSE Museum of Trento. Finally, Latemar.Alp, located along the green meadows at the foot of the Latemar, shows the management of the grazing lands, World Heritage Site. Surrounding all this, unique 360° panoramas which are enhanced by the two platforms located in the hamlets of Tresca and Passo Feudo.
You will find several lodges along the path, to treat yourselves with delicious food.
