Past the bridge, we tiptoe into the forest, where the wind in two hours has destroyed 200 years of life. The forest is silent: it shows roots and uprooted trunks. Telling us about the renewal of the forest will be Sergio, a woodman who has faith in nature’s ability to always regenerate itself. With him will be an experienced guide who knows the trail and an elegant city lady who is approaching the mountains for the first time.
