THE CLOWNING WEEK

The clowning week is back from 21 to 26 July 2024! The funniest and most comical week of the whole summer. The shows are staged in the open-air amphitheater, a few steps from the cable car Predazzo-Gardonè. You are in Gardonè at 1650 m, 5 minutes from Predazzo, in Val di Fiemme, in the Dolomites World Heritage Site.

For 6 days the circus goes to the mountains!

Of unseen proportions, between persia red and scarlet, slightly wrinkled, motionless. After much wandering in search of clues, Nikolaus Drache is too excited. He approaches and looks him straight in the eye! Never mind that between him and the little dragon there is a thin membrane, a liquid that is 50 per cent water and a shell.

After touring festivals and squares with amazing performances, what can they come up with in the wonderful setting of the Latemar massif? They draw their props from the environment and improvise cabaret numbers in elegant clothes – Garaghty and Thom are anything but creatures of habit. No one can say what the line-up will be as every aspect opens up new possibilities.

Are you ready to be swept away by bizarre gags from a couple who are so close-knit as to seem annoying? When everything is possible, something unexpected can happen right there where your eyes are, above the tip of your nose! With juggling numbers and English humour, this is a clown show the likes of which have never been seen before. Not to be missed!

SCARED BAKERS – Wednesday 24 July, 2024

Two eccentric bakers with circus ambitions begin to make all sorts of tricks and games out of bread dough. Between perilous acrobatics, juggling with the baker’s tools and clouds of magic flour, the audience will laugh at every gag of our bakers!

FROM A SUITCASE – Thursday 25 July, 2024

From a Suitcase is the ‘one-mime’ show of a mime that is as elegant as freaky. The audience will be catapulted into an absurd world, where nothing is as it seems; a comical upside-down universe in which even the most ordinary object changes nature and becomes game.

Juggler, entertainer and tightrope walker. He offers a colorful show which lets families and children enjoy themselves. He loves danger, just like the best jugglers. He amazes his audience with dangerous balancing acts and interacts with his audience from the top of his giant unicycle.
