The LATEMAR.ALP is suitable for baby carriages and features only gentle rises and descents. It will take you past the breathtaking panorama of the rugged Latemar mountains as you stroll from meadow to meadow. Families who take this new thematic trail can enjoy not only the wonderful view and South Tyrolean delicacies – they can also learn, in a fun way, interesting facts about alpine agricultural practices and the World Heritage Site. In 2009, this massif was included in the list of the most-beautiful landscapes of the world.

Consequently, the “Latemar.ium” was established in 2014. Its purpose: To take this already-existent mountain paradise and develop an overall concept so that young and old alike can properly experience it. Information panels and “hands-on” interactive stations make this rugged world of the Dolomites an experience for children, as well! And adults are sure to love the network of hiking trails of all degrees of difficulty. All in all, visitors can choose from among seven thematic trails of all levels of difficulty, have the time of their lives in the forest zipline facility, and enjoy spectacular vistas from the “LATEMAR.360°” viewing platform.
