On the organic farm in Oberwerkstatt, special attention is paid to the Valais black-necked goats. Not only are they beautiful to look at, but they also provide some of the milk for goat’s milk products. Brown goats complete the group not only in terms of colour but also in terms of milk quality and variety.
\nThe goats’ milk is processed three times a week in the dairy at an altitude of 1400 metres in Ega.<\/p>\n
